C&H Financial Services, Inc. is comprised of Award Winning Executes from the Payment Processing Industry. Coo-Founders James Costanzo and Anthony Holder lead a team with over 50 years of combined payments industry experience.

Anthony W. Holder, Co-Chairman & CEO

As Chairman of C&H, Mr. Holder oversees all revenue and customer operations, as well as business development and affinity partnerships. Previously, Mr. Holder founded Process Pink Payments, a leading merchant services company generating hundreds of thousands of dollars annually toward Breast Cancer Awareness. In 2012 Process Pink as a Unified Payments company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #1 fastest growing privately held company in America. Prior to Process Pink, Mr. Holder founded Money Movers Of America (“MMOA”), a leading ACH processor and continues to serve as it’s Chairman and CEO. Prior to MMOA, Mr. Holder served as a National Sales Director for First National Processing of Illinois, where he developed very close relationships with FNP’s senior managers, owners and ISO’s. Prior to working in the Payment Processing Industry Mr. Holder was a well-respected member of the Chicago Banking Community. Working for such organizations as St. Paul Federal Bank and MONY (Mutual of New York). Mr. Holder accumulated extensive financial management experience. In 1996 Mr. Holder received series 6 & 63 Certification. These licenses gave him the ability to customize Estate Planning and Investment Analysis plans for small to mid-sized Businesses. Mr. Holder received the Million Dollar Round Table awarded in 1998 for recognition of Investment and Insurance Premiums raised for that year. Mr. Holder is an alumnus of the University of Illinois at Chicago and Robert Morris Business College.

James Costanzo, Co-Chairman & COO

As Co-Chairman of C&H, Mr. Costanzo oversees all sales, risk and underwriting divisions, along with assisting Mr. Holder with business development and affinity partnerships. Previously, Mr. Costanzo co-founded Process Pink Payments, a leading merchant services company generating hundreds of thousands of dollars annually toward Breast Cancer Awareness. In 2012 Process Pink, as a Unified Payments company, was recognized by Inc. Magazine as the #1 fastest growing privately held company in America. Prior to Process Pink, Mr. Costanzo co-founded Money Movers Of America (“MMOA”), a leading ACH processor and continues to serve as its President and COO.

James Stark, Chief Legal Officer

As the Chief Legal Officer of C&H, Mr. Stark oversees all legal aspects of the company’s operations. Mr. Stark’s primary professional background is in business operations, corporate legal structuring, and legal compliance. In addition to transactional law services and corporate financial structuring with C&H, Mr. Stark works to develop long term business relationships with large corporations across the country and bring them unique and meaningful cost saving opportunities. Mr. Stark has previously represented several well-seasoned private corporations, health care provider groups, and early round start-up companies in all avenues of business development. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Stark has also founded numerous start-up ventures, including: Advanced Med Compliance, LLC, New Understanding NFP, Stark Label Clothing Company, and several other firms.

Michael A. Psaromatis, V.P. & Director of Sales

As V.P. and Director of Sales, Mr. Psaromatis manages affinity partner relationships and sales, as well as CRM software for the company. Previously, Mr. Psaromatis worked for Process Pink Payments developing affinity partnerships as well as internal sales. Prior to working in the Payment Processing Industry, Mr. Psaromatis flew internationally, as first officer, for American Airlines, in the Boeing 757 and 767. A graduate of the U. S. Air Force Academy, Mr. Psaromatis attended pilot training in Lubbock, Texas, remaining there as a T-38 Instructor Pilot until being hired by American.
